About Trinity Hope

Trinity Hope is a 501 C3 nonprofit organization that feeds thousands of hungry children daily in Christian Schools in Haiti. For 50 percent of the children, this is the only meal they will eat in 24 hours. Approximately 62 percent of Haitians suffer from malnutrition. The children receive a unique mix of foods designed by a Vanderbilt University nutritionist: a bowl of rice or corn and beans with a high-protein blend of tomato paste, dried herring, oil, seasoning, and water.

The combination of nutrition, faith, and education is focused on resolving some of Haiti’s challenges: malnutrition and illiteracy.
